1. Cookies Policy complies with the legal requirements resulting from articles 173, 174 and 209 the Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004 (uniform text, Journal of Laws 2017 item 1907 as amended) and Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (EU Journal od Laws L 119, of 04.05.2016, p. 1) (“GDPR”) and implementing GDPR – Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000 as amended.)
  2. The terms used in Cookies Policy shall have the following definitions:
    1. The Controller – owner of Service is Przemysław Diering, who conducts business activity under the company MEXPO Przemysław Diering, ul. Pułaskiego 8, 81-368, Gdynia, NIP: 5841076375,
    2. User – any person (Internet user) who visits webpage (and all subpages) under which the Service is available,
    3. Cookies Policy – this document,
    4. The Service – web service available at www.audioguidegdansk.pl and www.audioguide.com.pl,
    5. Cookies – IT data, in particular text files, which is stored on Service User’s device and are intended for using the web pages of the Service; Cookies usually contain name of web page, from which they are, time of storage on Service User’s device and an unique number.
    6. Furthermore, definitions that have been provided in Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are valid in the remaining scope.
  3. Controller declares that the Service does not collect any information on User automatically, excluding information stored in cookies files. Controller in particular declares that tracking cookies (files that enable spying on Users) are not used in the Service.
  4. Controller of the Service declares that cookies files are used in order to:
    1. Adjust contents of the Service to User’s preferences and optimise use of web pages. Particularly, those files allow to recognise User’s device and to display a web page that is adjusted to their individual needs in right way.
    2. Keep User’s session (after logging into the Service) and on every subpage of the Service.
    3. Compile statistics that are the basis of analysis on the way in which Users use the Service.
  5. The Controller declares that three types of cookies files are used in the Service:

    7. files enabling providing contents adjusted to Users’ preferences.
  6. Cookies files placed at User’s device may be used by Reliable Partners that cooperate with the Controller.
  7. Typically, software designed to browse web pages (Internet browser) available on the market accepts saving and storage of cookies files at User’s device by default. Each User can define conditions of cookies files use on his own in settings of Internet browser at any time.
  8. A User may change settings of cookies files on its own at any time, e.g. partly restrict (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable recording cookies files option. Restriction of cookies files use may, however, affect some of functionalities available on web pages of the Service. The Controller reserves that disabling cookies files necessary to authentication or security may disrupt use of the audioguidegdansk.pl and audioguide.com.pl Services, and in extreme cases may prevent a User from using pages audioguidegdansk.pl and audioguide.com.pl.

Settings of Internet browser in the scope of cookies files are significant with regard to consent for using cookies files by audioguidegdansk.pl and audiouidegdansk.com.pl Services – such a consent may also be given by settings of Internet browser. If you do not block cookies files that shall imply consent for processing data obtained via cookies files by the Controller and Reliable Partners.
  10. If a User does not agree for processing data obtained via cookies files by the Controller or Trusted Entities, a User should adequately change settings of Internet browser in the scope of cookies files at User’s Device.
  11. Use of the audioguidegdansk.pl and audiouidegdansk.com.pl Services without blocking cookies files in your Internet browser is equal to providing consent for processing User’s personal data obtained via cookies files by the Controller and cooperating Trusted Subjects for the purposes listed in section 4 above.
